Lockjaw: Rise of the Kulev Serpent (2008)

A group of teens go out to the country for some partying. Along the way, they unknowing hit and kill a woman who is on the side of the road getting the mail. The woman's husband witnesses the accident. Distraught about his wife's death, he wishes for revenge using a snake's head voodoo tool.
